Do you want to be Accredited?

TQUAL and Accredited Tourism Business Australia ‘tick’ logos

To make the process of becoming accredited easier for businesses it can now be completed by using an online program. Only accredited businesses can display the ‘tick’ logo in conjunction with the TQUAL mark which demonstrates to industry and visitors a commitment to quality customer service, consistency, professionalism and quality.

To become accredited simply follow these steps:

  1. Visit the ATAP national site to learn more about the program, watch a video demonstration which shows you how to use the online program and download a user guide – these resources are all designed to assist you through your journey to become accredited.
  2. Next, you need to register for the online program. This can be done by simply completing the registration form below. Registration incurs a fee of $66 as it provides you with many useful tools for operating your business – information, templates, samples, external links and more. Instructions for payment will be emailed to you once the ATAP office receives this registration.
  3. Once payment has been made you will be provided with login details to the online program.
  4. Finally, it is a simple process of going through each module in the online program and completing the necessary questions.

Remember - as you go through the application process the ATAP staff are happy to answer any questions, provide advice and assist you in its completion.
